We are a Father & Son duo who likes to keep things light hearted, fun, and exciting at work and at home.

Joe (Pictured middle right) attained his Architectural Engineering degree (a long long time ago) from Tennessee State University and has 18+ years of experience in custom home building throughout the tri-state area. Joe oversees everyday construction and rehabilitation of our projects.

Jordan (Pictured middle left) Attained BA degrees in Real Estate & Finance from the Lindner School of Business at the University of Cincinnati and spends entirely too much time looking at every house listed on the MLS. Jordan oversees the finances, real estate transactions, as well as the exterior and interior design of our projects.
